ICL have been building all over the Waikato since 1997 and have years of experience in the commercial and residential building sectors. It is with that experience from our key personal that we offer confidence in supply and delivery of any building project.

ICL have experience in Joint Venture projects with carefully selected key partners to achieve Award Winning results on time and on budget.

ICL offers to any project, various in-house skills consisting of Consultancy, Project Management and also offering a full in-house design team

Project Management
ICL plans and organises specific projects to enable completion within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints agreed with the Client.

Health & Safety

ICL is committed to the provision of a healthy and safe working.

ICL have developed and implemented a structured Health and Safety Management Plan to establish and maintain a consistently high standard of safety performance.

This will serve to ensure ICL meets our obligations under the relevant health and safety legislation to protect our employees, contractors and visitors from harm as well as fulfill our obligations
Site Safety

ICL is committed to keeping our staff site safe and put or staff members through a Site Safe Course each year. All our staff have current Site Safe Passports and carry out a Site Specific Safety Plan

Block Laying & Excavations

ICL have loads of experience and skill in laying concrete blocks from the one run house pad to retaining and structural walls. We can lay in the steel as the wall builds up, liaise with the engineer and organise and complete your block fill to spec.

ICL carry out excavations to suit with a range of diggers from the 1.5ton digging footings to the 25ton to move a mountain of earth. We liaise with engineers to certify the cut and backfill ready to start building
